MIM-2.5% SiFe

MIM 2.5% SiFe is a low alloy steel with silicon compositions. This is a hardenable steel that offers good magnetic properties, tensile strength, hardness, wear resistance, and increased spring steel strength. This alloy can be plated or coated for corrosion resistance. It is often used for armatures, relays, and other applications where good magnetic, low core loss and high electrical resistivity in AC and DC applications is required.
